Anyway, we need 1 business development manager and 3 business development executive. below is the detail : Main job: - looking for new clients (F&B product, pharmaceutical, automoyive, banking industry) - present and propose ide / solution till deal projects Requirement : -have good leader ship to manage team ( for manager posisition) -have close relationship with many marcom or brand manager or related PIC of those company -or have good relationship with advertising agencies -have excellent communication skill -have good presentation skill -female and good looking (preferable) -max. 30 years old -familiar with creative / design / adverting environment -have own car / motorcycle (preferabel) Target : -IDR 3,500,000,000 (for manager - as a team -IDR 1,000,000,000 (for executive) as an individual Salary : -IDR 8,000,000-10,000,000 (for manager) -IDR 5,000,000-8,000,000 (for executive) Benefit : -Bonus : 2level; 1st : 5% of GP, 2nd : if achived target give double bonus -Transportation : IDR 1,000,000 -Mobile : IDR 250,000 -Entertain budget,dependen on revenue aech project Please take a note : some company name the posisition as sales or account.
